Refund Policy

Refund Terms

 

At AlonArt Photography, bookings are carefully scheduled, and time is set aside specifically for each client. The preparation, session time, and post-production all require significant effort and attention. As such, the following refund terms apply:

 

1. Deposits & Cancellations

​

A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your photography session. This secures your booking and compensates for time reserved. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your session, we may offer to reschedule without an additional fee.

 

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be refunded.

 

2. Late Arrivals or No-Shows

​

If a client arrives late or fails to appear, no refund will be issued. Time lost due to lateness cannot be recovered or rescheduled unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.

 

3. Rescheduling Policy

​

You may reschedule your session once without penalty if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. Additional rescheduling may require a new booking fee.

4. Refunds After Delivery

​

Due to the digital and artistic nature of photography services, refunds are not issued after the final edited images have been delivered. If you are unhappy with your final results, we encourage you to reach out—minor editing revisions may be offered at our discretion.

5. Cancellations by the Photographer

​

In the rare case that AlonArt Photography must cancel due to illness, emergency, or weather (for outdoor shoots), the client will be offered a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule.
